Lift Pass Definitions: *18+ years enrolled fulltime with a New Zealand or Australian tertiary institution or secondary school. To be considered full time you must attend such institution a minimum of 32 weeks in a calendar year. Student ID and proof of full time status in the form of a letter from the institution to be presented at the time of pass collection. ID card must be in English and include a valid expiry date. ISIC cards not accepted. **Currently attending school, 6-17 years. ID may be required.
OnePassNZ lift passes are valid at the following Ski Areas:
- Cardrona Alpine Resort, Treble Cone, SnowParkNZ & SnowFarm (Wanaka/Queenstown)
- Ohau, Mt Dobson & Roundhill (Mackenzie)
- Porters Ski Area (Canterbury)
Days do not have to be consecutive.

These packages are convenient and great value. Package includes; OnePassNZ lift pass, plus rental equipment (skis, boots and poles OR snowboard, boots and wristguards). OnePassNZ Lift & Rental packages are available for redemption at Cardrona Alpine Resort and Treble Cone only.
Packages do not include lessons or clothing but these are available directly from Cardrona Alpine Resort or Treble Cone.
OnePassNZ rental equipment can be used daily at all participating OnePassNZ Mountains. Rental T&C's may differ from mountain to mountain with some requiring a security bond.

Definitions:
A OnePassNZ card holds products for the sole use of the purchaser named on the card.
OnePassNZ cards are issued by Hukarere Ltd.
Snow$ ( snow dollars ) are dollars that are able to be redeemed for products at participating ski areas and activity providers.

Terms and Conditions:
- OnePassNZ cards and their associated products, including Snow$, are personal to the named card holder and are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Products purchased on the OnePassNZ card are valid only for the winter season in which they were purchased and will expire at the end of each winter season.
- Hukarere Ltd and OnePassNZ accept no responsibility for passes that are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. If you lose or misplace your OnePassNZ card or it is stolen, please report this immediately by calling Treble Cone on 643 443 7443 or Cardrona on 643 443 7341 or by emailing

. No resolution will be available to the user after the end of the winter season in which the purchases were made.
- Users agree to abide by the terms and conditions of each individual ski area and activity provider.
- A OnePassNZ day lift pass allows access to one ski area per day only. A second OnePassNZ day pass must be exchanged to access a second ski area on the same date.
- If a third party is found to be using your OnePassNZ card without its loss being reported, OnePassNZ reserves the right to decline to re-issue the OnePassNZ card, refund any outstanding balance or to issue you with another OnePassNZ card in the future.
- Transferring or reselling OnePassNZ cards is an offence and will result in penalties including loss of access to ski area facilities, participating suppliers and possible prosecution.
- All sundry vouchers that are issued along with your OnePassNZ card (e.g. lesson tickets) can only be issued once and cannot be reprinted or reissued if lost or stolen.
- All refunds are at the discretion of OnePassNZ (subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act). Any refunds requested on medical grounds must be supported by a medical certificate.
- Transaction history and card balances can be checked by logging on at www.onepassnz.com
- Passes cannot be used for commercial purposes without the permission of OnePassNZ.
- Skiing, snowboarding and other snow-sports are hazardous activities. Many hazards and obstacles (marked and unmarked, natural and man-made), exist within the resorts. You agree (to the extent permitted by law) that you use the resorts at your own risk and assume all risk of personal injury and property loss or damage.
- The season length is subject to snow, weather and market conditions and each ski area operates in a mountain environment where conditions are subject to rapid change. OnePassNZ give no warranty as to the length of the season, operating hours, number of lifts operating at any time or to the operation or otherwise of a lift, run, area or facility on any given day at any of the ski areas. Each ski area reserves the right to close any lift, run, area or facility at any time for any reason. Lift passes will not be refunded due to weather or other operating contingencies affecting any lift, run, area or facility.
- You agree to abide by all rules, regulations and directions set by each ski area and the Snow Responsibility Code displayed on the mountains. Misconduct will result in the withdrawal or suspension of the pass with no refund given. Misconduct includes, but is not limited to, disregard and breach of closed areas, excessive speeding in slow zones, reckless or dangerous skiing or riding, unsociable or aggressive behaviour or skiing or riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Any breach of these terms, or other terms that apply to you, may result in the withdrawal of your pass and all associated privileges (without prejudice to any other remedies OnePassNZ may have).
- All prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are valid at time of printing but subject to change without notice. Rates include GST.
- Privacy – OnePassNZ will not collect any personal information about you except when you knowingly provide it. Personal information will never be released to a third party without your consent.
- OnePassNZ will use information provided by its visitors only to communicate with them. Any information automatically retrieved, will be used so that no individual visitors are identified. It is important to note that this website contains links to other sites not controlled by OnePassNZ. Those sites may not follow the same privacy policy as OnePassNZ.

Snow$
- Snow$ are redeemed on the basis that one Snow$ is equivalent to one NZ dollar.
- Snow$ can be used for part payment of a purchase subject to each ski area and activity provider’s redemption policy.
- Snow$ cannot be redeemed against a prior completed purchase.
- Refer to the OnePassNZ guide or www.onepassnz.com for a full list of where your Snow$ may be redeemed. On mountain purchases may vary, please refer directly to each ski area.
- Snow$ can only be redeemed upon presentation of a valid OnePassNZ card (by the person named on the card)
- Snow$ can be redeemed by the named OnePassNZ holder for the purchase of products for other OnePassNZ holders. E.g. parent for a child.
