The Warbirds and Wheels visitor attraction is home to a world-class collection of classic cars plus Warbirds aircraft, an exhibition of original New Zealand art and the Sir Tim Wallis story. The car collection boasts stunning examples of some of the finest motor vehicles ever made including the Southern Hemisphere’s only Dusenberg Model J. Our Warbirds collection traces the history of fighter aircraft and there’s also the story of Sir Tim Wallis founder of the world-famous Warbirds Over Wanaka International airshow. There’s a collection of original New Zealand art by leading artists. Warbirds and Wheels also features a retro-style café where you can enjoy great coffee and delicious snacks and meals.
